Saddest days, Colbs. Apparently there was no duck game (described above) at Scatico. It was played at all four summer camps I attended. You missed out. I was reminded of it by all the talk about ducks.
i remember feeling the same way. but alas, the feeling passed, and now i'm back to (enjoying) getting wasted whenever i want. basically, i think the sentiment expressed in the quote is a phase one goes through as one ages, rather than a permanent condition of being 'older.'
